Damaged or Defective Items

  • To ensure a smooth resolution, please record an unboxing video when opening your package. This serves as insurance in case of damage.
  • If you have a recorded unboxing video, we will provide a full refund or replacement for any damaged or defective items.
  • If no unboxing video is provided, we can offer store credit for the returned item.

Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.
  • A formal investigation will be conducted with the shipping carrier.
  • Once a claim has been processed, we may offer a replacement or store credit as compensation.

General Returns & Exchanges

  • All return, exchange, and claim requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened and in original condition for a return or exchange to be accepted.
