Damaged or Defective Items

To ensure a smooth resolution, please record an unboxing video when opening your package. This serves as insurance in case of damage.

If you have a recorded unboxing video, we will provide a full refund or replacement for any damaged or defective items.

If no unboxing video is provided, we can offer store credit for the returned item.
Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.

A formal investigation will be conducted with the shipping carrier.

Pre-Orders & Exclusive POB Items

Orders containing pre-order items or items that include exclusive Pre-Order Benefits (POBs) are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
