G-DRAGON - OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK

I ordered this 6 weeks ago and have never received it. I reached out after about a month asking for shipping info and got a tracking #. Now 2 weeks later, its still in pre-shipment - USPS says they are still waiting on the item. Its not a shipping issue as i live like 2 hrs from this shop. About to do a charge back on my credit card for items not received.
