Processing & Shipping Times

At KRZDNation, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! Orders typically ship within 7-14 Days after payment is processed, unless stated otherwise.

Group Orders & Pre-Orders

• If your order includes a Group Order or Pre-Order, shipping may take longer [Up to 2 months from release day].
• All items will ship Together when the last Pre-Order item arrives at the warehouse.
• These instances will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
• Once our warehouse receives the inventory, items will be shipped within 7-14 Days.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! However, international shipping times vary based on location and customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

KRZD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If you encounter any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
